Please Don't Vacuum the Cat!

Thanks to Luna (the outside stray cat we took care of while injured and pregnant) we ended up with fleas in the house, and on Micia (our inside cat).

I tried using the foggers without much result, so I ended up searching the net for alternative methods and came upon "Diatomaceous Earth." It seems to be an all organic, non harmful to humans and pets product and it is much cheaper that the foggers.

Before ordering it, I decided to ask a few questions. One of my questions was given a rather funny answer (I guess I can see why... can you?) and I decided to share it, since it really made my day.

Here is my question:
"Once sprinkled on her, and floors, etc... how long before the fleas die out? Basically, how soon can I vacuum and clean her off?"

And here is the famous answer:
"Dust the cat daily---the DE will fall off by itself---no need to vacuum the cat."

I still laugh reading it.
