Another good quote I received from my mailings:
"The best cure for worry, depression, melancholy, brooding, is to go deliberately forth and try to lift with one's sympathy the gloom of somebody else."-- Arnold Bennett
It is so true... when we are busy trying to help someone else, we tend to either forget about our problems, or we look at them differently and decide that they are not that bad afterall.
So, the challenge for tomorrow, given that now it is 8:48PM, is to find someone who needs some lifting (physical, if it needs be) and help him/her out.
Not only doing something for others will make us temporarily forget about our own issues, it will make us feel better, because we will feel we have accomplished something good.
